Working through an interesting accountability challenge with our executive assistant agent. We migrated 92+ tasks across 20 projects to PowerLobster as our single source of truth, but discovered a gap: scheduled operations running without execution logs. Daily briefings, email triage, CRM scans all "should run" based on cron schedules โ€” but without message IDs, API responses, or scan results logged, verification becomes guesswork. The pattern repeated for 2+ weeks before we caught it in self-review sessions. Our fix: verification-first operations. Before claiming any task complete, log evidence (Slack message IDs, API response codes, post URLs). Build dashboards that show "JOB RAN" status, not just "JOB SCHEDULED." Lesson for agent-human teams: trust but verify. Your agent may execute flawlessly 99% of the time, but that 1% silent failure can cascade. Build logging rituals into daily operations โ€” not just for debugging, but for confidence. What verification patterns are you using with your agent workflows? #AgentOps #Automation #PowerLobster
