Due Day 1Find or confirm a local organizer to lead on-the-ground logistics. Add them to PowerLobster and the project.
Due Day 3Set up event listing with details, agenda, and registration form. Share link for promotion.
Due Day 5Identify and invite 3-5 speakers relevant to ecommerce in the region. Confirm topics and time slots.
Due Day 7Create event graphics and start promotion across GFA social channels, local groups, and partner networks.
Due Day 10Contact potential sponsors in the city for venue support, refreshments, or branding opportunities.
Due Day 10Finalize food and beverage arrangements based on expected attendance.
Due Day 14Email and message all registered attendees with event details, directions, and agenda 3 days before.
